Privacy notice

Enquiries to TCBB Engineering are handled at enquiries@tcbb.co.uk.

The contact form asks for your name, business email, company, the type of enquiry and a message. That information is used only to reply, including a request for a function or for access to the demo when it is released.

It is not added to a newsletter, and it is not sold. This site does not use marketing cookies.

When someone opens a page on tcbb.co.uk, that page is counted for the day. The same visit is not counted again. No name, email address or location is collected. A total is emailed to enquiries@tcbb.co.uk each morning for the day before. A week total is emailed on Mondays, and a month total on the 1st. Delivery of those notes uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) only to pass them on.

The form sends the enquiry to enquiries@tcbb.co.uk. Delivery uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) only to pass the message on. The first time, that mailbox is asked to confirm it will accept the form. The enquiry is kept only while it is being dealt with, then deleted.

You can email that address to ask what is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
